So I have been dealing with some stress and anxiety in my life this week which is causing me to

#1- binge eat

#2- not sleep well

#3- not get my workouts done

I need to try some different techniques for de-stressing and calming myself so I don’t eat all of this comfort food! I keep getting so upset because no one can see all of the hard work I have put into lifting and working out due to the fact that I cannot get my diet under control.

Acknowledging it.

Attempting to find skills/ways to fix it.
